Inverts that reproduce easily?

I am wanting to compile a list of inverts(mainly snails and shrimp) that reproduce easily for use as a supplemental food supply to raise in the fuge and possibly the DT.

I have read about a few but I can't remember exactly which species they were.

Peppermint shrimp?
Cleaner shrimp?

Nerite snails?
Cerith?

Are these possibilities? Any others?

I know mollies aren't an invert but I believe I will throw in a couple of those as well.
