I love the random flow of Interval 2. But the problem on the 6200 is even though you have the lower at 30%, that's still a LOT of flow and a lot of suction. Unfortunately my CBB that I've had for a long time found out the hard way and couldn't free herself. She was still alive when I removed her but didn't live 12 hours. 
Anyhow, just a fair warning with people who have young, thin type fish.
