IO regular Mixed with Reef Crystals?

Hello all, So boxing day is tomorrow and I'm just trying to figure some things out before I go and make my purchases.

Has any one taken a full bucket of IO and RC and mixed them together to make one homogenous mix? Is this a bad idea?

The reason why I'm asking is because IO seems to be working fine for me, But I wouldn't mind the extra little bump in elements found in RC.

I've done it. Mixed RSCP with IO. Never noticed any negative.
