Iodine dip on LPS?

I was recently building a house and some people were watching over my corals for me while I couldn't keep my tank. One person got flatworms in his tank and still has them. He wants me to pick up the corals still but I don't want these pests in my tank. I dip my sps in some sort of an iodine dip for redbugs, etc. Can I did LPS with this stuff to take care of the flatworms? Here's a list of the stuff he has of mine that is possibly infected:

White Hammer Coral
Frogspawn
Red torch
Couple Acans
Favia brains

Thanks for the help,
Andrew

I've successfully used a freshwater dip for flatworms on frags.

However if there is substantial live rock attached to the corals I'd suggest you set up a quarantine tank and treat with Flatworm Exit before putting the corals in your display. It's more work/cost but well worth it to prevent an infestation.

+1

Flatworm exit works so fast just use it as a dip. FWE in itself is harmless, it's the toxins given off by dead flatworms that cause so much trouble. You could dip it and if lots of worms come off the coral rinse it off then put it back.
