To do what? All i use is a couple drops of lugols in my system a week.My system is around 150 gallons.

You need to post this in the chem forum. Randy will have an answer for you. I would use what ever your test kit will read. I would not dose either if you are not testing. You can overdose quite easily in a small tank, as .06 levels are usally kept with regular water changes.
