You'll enter the same information as shown in "Connection Settings" within GHL Control Center on your PC.

The new app is crashing for me every time it tries to connect to my Doser 2. It appears to connect, shows the first page of pump displays, then overlays with the help/hints screen, and then immediately crashes before I have any chance to touch the screen. This is on an iPhone 6 with iOS 8.3

Same here. Crashes every time.

FW 1.07

iOS 8.2 iPhone

Crashes on both as above. Have allowed both iPad and phone to send crash info to developer.

Please update to firmware 1.07, this is required for using the new iOS app.

That's an old screen shot. I am now on FW 1.07 and still same trouble

So to be clear:

Doser2 on FW 1.07
iPad iOS 8.3

Still crashes at startup

Iphone 4 with IOS 7.1.2 (latest iOS available) -> no App :-( (App is ios8 only!)

Please can you keep compatibility with IOS7 ?

And not say it's not possible:

Hello. First of all, thanks for getting the IOS app out. :spin3: I was able to connect successfully to the IOS app. All the menus seem to work fine for me except for "Dosing Plan". When ever i hit "Dosing Plan" menu it immediately crashes, backing out of the app. Trying repeatedly to enter "dosing plan" menu causes 100% failure to enter and immediately crash to home screen.

All the other menus have been and do work great for me.
Using iPhone 6Plus with IOS 8.3

I would appreciate any help here.

Yes. I can connect via wifi no problem with the GCC. (I purposely blanked out my SSID and password!)

But I can't connect with the app? I name the device and input the IP address but it just crashes on start up??

Curious.. Are you trying to access the application while PC- GHL Control Center is communicating with your Doser 2?

Thanks for your help Jerel. No, I have tried without the GCC connected and the app still crashes on opening.

I have updated my firmware from 1.05 to 1.07 and I am now able to connect with the app without immediate crash. BUT, when I select a particular pump and the select the 'Dosing Plan' icon, it crashes. My iPhone is enabled to send diagnostics to the developer.

Unfortunately we submitted the app to Apple before Apple released iOS 8.3. Thats why we couldn't test it with the final version of iOS. This issue appears only with the new iOS and will be fixed in the new version of the app.

We have received the diagnostics from Apple and are trying to reproduce the error. I sent you an email today.
