iPad Air and ecosmart App issues

Is the App supposed to be working on iPads yet? I downloaded it to my iPad Air, but performance has been inconsistent, with crazy sideways screens, the inability to navigate the app, and times I cannot even sign in.

I was able to update my VorTechs thru the App, but then could not do anything after that, so I had to reprogram the master/slave setup after the app failed to be functional after the driver update. Pretty cruddy experience so far. Accessing Ecosmartlive.com to program my Radions has been good, but the App needs work.

When will Vortech control be accessible thru Ecosmartlive.com? The App has been a failure for me so far. I have 6x MP60s and 2x MP40s I would like to control.

The EcoSmart Live Apple app is currently an iPhone app only. This means that it has been designed exclusively for an iPhone. While using the app on an iPad will work, it could cause unexpected results. Before getting too frustrated, please use the app as it was intended, on an iPhone. We also have an Android app.

Regarding VorTech support, the website has had it since June. Please check again and look for the VorTech tab or visit the device manager (Devices), and click Add VorTechs to get started.

Thanks for the reply Shaun. I saw the tab for Vortech next to the Radion tab, but it was not working. I didn't realize you have to add the pumps first. I'll give it a try. And thank you for the clarification on the App. I'll have to use the website, as I don't have a smartphone!

I'm having the same problem and the Android app doesn't even show vortec pump in the list...I checked everywhere...not to mention I can't even add an mp10 Wes to ecosmartlive.com as it gives me an error or it refreshes the page automatically back to my Radion.
