Is anyone using this refugium?

I already purchased the refugium and remembered this web site after so... I guess i am trying to figure out how much of a mistake if any that i have made. Cant change the fact that i already bought it so just looking for some honest opinions. Thanks

I think it looks like a good setup. not a bad price for an already assmbled sump. good luck with it...I'm sure it'll work out!

If you think it meets your needed then it was a good buy. If I had to do it all again I would have made some changes...more space for my skimmer/ section for my filter socks...less space for my return pump and more space for the refugium.

I get what your saying... I guess i should put some info about the tank It is a 120gal 60"x 18 x 24"h with corner overflows

I would lose the sponge. Sponges clog in a few days and impact your flow, you have to fish it out of there to clean and everything in it goes everywhere. If you want really clear water you may want to substitute a filter sock. They're easier to clean than a sponge. Otherwise looks OK, not the best design I've seen, not the worst.
