Personally, I have moved completely away from caulerpa as a whole. Although the growth is nice, it comes with to many issues if it goes sexual. I have seen tanks overgown with grape/bubble caulerpa that spread to the main display. Not pretty.
Other than nutrient export, not much else good about. Not sure about grape caulerpa but tangs will sometimes eat feather caulerpa. IMO, the benefits don't outweigh the cons as chaeto will do the same thing.
I don't know too much about bubble calurpa but I see it everywhere in LFS and in other peoples homes everywhere... I just heard it what best in reducing nitrates but theguy I was talking too Could b a moron idk sorry jeff if I gave you bad calurpa
no,I dont think you gave me bad calurpa.Its just like serpentman said it can go asexual and be a hassle.I should have looked into what kind I was wanting.No bad feelings
