Is He Toast?

Ive had these 2 GBTA for about three weeks and when they were shipped to me they looked very sad. I put them in this QT and they seemed to stay stable for 2 weeks or so but 2 days ago this one has lost its grip on keeping itself together. Is it beyond saving? should I bin it?

and this is the other, rather sad looking but saveable?

Top picture yes/pull out asap.

You might try treating them with antibiotics but I've never treated any in such bad shape. You need a small tank to keep them in and do 100% water changes per day. Still it is a long shot.

Try feeding the bottom one. It's definelty save able but with lots of care.

top one is probably toast, bottom one needs meds.

Thanks people for the advice, I ordered meds a week before I got them but they still haven't turned up. Tried feeding the second one but won't be in it, will continue trying.
