Is interceptor clam safe?

I have some red bugs on an acro and I'm probably gonna have to treat the tank with interceptor. I have one beloved Crocea, that I don't have anywhere to put during the treatement, anyone with clams treat the tank with this stuff?...what happened to the clam?

I used interceptor and it didn"t affect any of my 5 clams. I did loose all of the acro crabs that I couldn"t remove.

Ok, thanks. Now if only a vet. will sell me some... I think that will be the biggest problem.

Your best bet when you go to see the vet is take him some info from the internet with you. Make sure you hve the web addresses as well so he doesnt think you falsified the pages. Im sure once they see the use of it they will understand and be willing to sell you some. Good Luck

I was upfront with my vet and they were more than happy to sell me some and they were very interested in its use.

What we need is for an expert to write up some documentation on it. That would help out a whole lot.
