Doesn't look good. Need info about your system: size, filtration, lighting (looks very dimly lit to me), flow, alk, ph, temp, salinity

I've seen BTA fully recovered that looked like this if the tank conditions is good.

Hey guys.
The light was turned off but when the light turns on it stays the same. I just did a test and for some reason my nitrate is about 20 at least by the API color chart so i just did a water change. I took out 5 gallons i have a 75 gallon tank do you think i should do more? Or is that enough and maybe do another one tomorrow or something?
Tank goes down to small tank below where it has a filter sock and protein skimmer that is collecting
Temp is 80F
1.023 - I will add more salt

What type and how much lighting do you have? Also, what is PH and alk?
From the picture it appears there is an anemone hosting a clown right next to the "unhappy" anemone.
If so, lighting is not likely the major problem. In my limited experience, it appears the "unhappy" anemone is "damaged", possibly by clowns, shrimp, nudibranch, filters, powerheads, heaters, etc.
My clowns were merciless to BTAs they wanted to clear out when preparing a spawning place. Not to mention a few clowns that just liked to eat anemone tentacles(maroons were the worst for me).
In my larger groups of anemones, some were shielded, and dwindled under the canopy of others and had to be moved to other locations for lighting and protection from my clowns.
If that were mine, I would put it in a net breeder or other in tank isolation and watch it recover in a few weeks.

Thanks i was thinking on removing it but i do not have another setup i was thinking about buying a small tank and then transfer it to that. I also noticed my nitrate were kind of high so i am doing more water change. The other sea anemone is out a lot more now since i increased the lighting for how long they stay on.

Not a bad idea i will try that. How about do you go on taking them off the rock he is on a pretty big rock with the other Sea Anemone.

Just make sure you take your time getting your fingers under its foot I know I've already said that but it's fragile just take your time
Tried putting a power head on it and it was taking forever and I didnt want to try to do anything to it that might of damaged it. This morning I checked on it and now it just moved closer to the other sea anemone lol. Trying not to bother the other one so i am kind of stuck on what to do to get it off the rock. I can do the power head again but I was trying not to disturb the other one. Oh the clowns are loving this especially biting me when i go in to try to see if i can get it.
