Is it ICH, Velvet?

My Moorish Idol has white and dark spots on his skin and something going on with the fins. He is doing good, eats almost everything. Also, my Cowfish has some white spots on his fins and cloudy eyes, but also doing good and eats everything. Is it Ich, Velvet, or other parasite?

The Zanclus looks really bad. The frayed fins could be symptoms of a Brooklynella infection. The fine white dots may or may not be Amyloodinium and would also be consistent with brook.
The cow fish looks like it has Cryptocaryon.

Both need to be treated ASAP in case it is velvet or brook.

Are these new fish?
From the looks of the pictures they are not in a quarantine tank. If this is your display tank and it contains other fish they all need to be treated and the display tank has to stay free of fish for a minimum of 11 weeks.

As treatment I would recommend to do tank transfers every 3 days (TTM) with formalin and freshwater dips during the transfers.

Thank you for advice. I have 7 fishes, all at least 3 month. (Yellow tang) others 6-7 month. Impossible for me to do tank trasnfer method as I don't have extra 2 tanks. (For Moorish idol 10g tank not an option.)

Alternatively, Chloroquine phosphate for 30 days. I suggest you develop a quarantine protocol if you plan to continue in this hobby.

Can you suggest where I can get it?
I do have QT, and all my fish goes through it for 4 weeks. All was good until last week.

I have one in my blog but there are also a lot of potentially useful information on fish parasites there in addition to the suggested quarantine protocol. If a fish was acquired from a source that runs copper, 4 weeks is not going to be sufficient even if tank transfer is done as part of that period.
