Is it me or the app or ecotech?

So I finally took the plundge and went all out with everything ecotech has to offer
Radion xr30 pro gen,rms,a pair of mp10wes,reeflink and the battery backup..I downloaded all the necessary software,firmware,apps and drivers to get everything operational and yet I can't gain access to anything.and even when I did my radion is in offline mode...I spoke to customer service numerous times had some issues resolved (temporarily)so now I'm back to square one..if anyone can help on this topic or situation im dealing with PLEASE chim in before I send all this stuff back..it's been well over a week with no control over anything

Can you give me more information on the situation? Do you only experience the issue when using the smartphone App? If so, what type of device are you using and do you have the most current version of the application downloaded?
 
Sorry for the late reply..I ended up solving the issue..the problem was with the reeflink which I now have wired to my router cause it was timing out everytime.once I connected it to my router and re installed the reeflink software I haven't had a problem since
 
Now my problem is connecting my pair of mp10wes's to ecosmartlive..I tried everything and it's either not finding the device or it says it's updating and 20 minutes goes by when it says 3 minutes..I just don't get it how there is a hefty price tag for ecotech equipment that is a hassle and a half to get to work properly.for the amount of money I spent aswell as others I really expected top notch equipment to work easily...all I hear is how great the customer service is and this and that but this entire forum is filled with a lot of people complaining about the product you stand by...I guess my real question is what is the time frame to have your products not only work correctly but with minimal problems.honestly I don't think I ever dealt with so much aggravation just to hopefully have my Reeftank back in order with equipment that is suppose to work...I really wish I didn't sell my old light and powerheads or else I wouldn't be typing this

It sounds as though the pumps are receiving some RF interference while trying to firmware update. I would recommend calling in directly for more advanced troubleshooting.
