Is it ok to use Melafix or Pimafix or other meds during hypo-salinity treatment?

Starting to treat my Ich issue w/ the hyposalinity method and currently at 1.019 and going to drop to 1.009 in the next few days. I noticed some of the fish that have ich also have a fungal infection (cotton mouth & fin tail rot). All fish are eating well.

Question is:

1. Is it ok to treat the fungus problem w/ melafix/pimafix or other meds while dropping the salinity?

BTW: This is a 250 gallon tank FOWLR.

This just a guess, but I would think so as it isn't a drug persay. A bacterial infection is most time worse then ich, I would get the salinity back up and use Mardel coppersafe, Maracyn, maracyn2 in conjunction. If you don't treat the bact. infection now they are probably doomed
