Hey guys,
I made the decision to have a Queen Angelfish brought in on an order; an upon arrival, the fish was already in very rough condition and honestly should've stayed in the store.
From a quick glance, I noticed she had what I assumed was Lymphocytes as there were quite significant cauliflower growths, so I decided to pull the trigger and bring her home and place her in quarantine right away, to begin treating and vitamin enrichment; assuming all would eventually be alright.
Having been unsure, I dosed the quarantine with Kanaplex And melafix and whatever the affliction was simply did not respond.
Fast forward a couple of days later, I notice these white spots, which i assume is ich, and immediately began dropping my levels into Hyposalinity to treat that affliction; however, I'm not convinced I've not misdiagnosed entirely.
Any second opinions would be great; wondering if this is a fungus, or if it's lympho; and if the secondary infection is indeed ich, or something else I should've been treating for.
