Is it possible to split ON cycles?

I want to turn my VHO's on and off twice each day. I'm trying to simulate dawn and dusk by cycling the VHO's (on and off) twice each day.

I have halides and VHO's. I REALLY like the shimmer of pure halide lights and with the VHO's on, it's more constant light than shimmer, so what I'm trying to do is have a VHO cycle in the morning, and then again in the evening.

Here's a summary of what I want to do

MORNING CYCLE
1. Moonlight (will have been on all night)
2. Sunrise; VHO's on, Moonlights off
3. Sunrise+ 90min; One halide on ( I have 3)
4. Sunrise + 120min; Remaining 2 halides on and VHO's off

EVENING CYCLE
5. Sunset -90 min; 1 halide off
6. Sunset - 60 min; VHO's on, remaining halides off
7. Sunset; Moon Lights on
8. Sunset +30 min; VHO's off

Any help appreciated

BONUS QUESTION
How do I adjust the increment at which aquanotes sends me emails on the tank state? I would prefer a report at 10AM and another at 3PM. (I'm sure it's in the instructions somewhere..just haven't found it.)

are you still cycling? (nitrates) IMO i would go with VHO as planed. all the MH at once will not hurt. i run dawn and dusk the same length. 1 hr before, 1 hr after MH. total 14 hrs day. REEF-ON!!!

This will work on an ACIII.

Here's what I did:

If Sun 000/000 Then VHO ON
If Sun 060/-060 Then MH1 ON ; on 1 hour later, off 1 hour earlier
If Timer MH1 = ON Then VHO OFF ; VHO is off while the MH is on
If Timer MH1 = OFF Then SMP ON ; reverse daylight on the sump
If Timer MH1 = ON Then SMP OFF
If Moon 000/000 Then MON ON
