Is it the same Seachem products?

Hi!

Last time when I used the seachem 250ml liquids, the bottle is dark in colour and has a pipette in it. Now, I used the products available in Malaysia and the colour has changed to white and w/o a pipette.

I wonder whether the product in US has changed to the same as Malaysia or not? I heard that some of the seachem products are now produced in China, is it true?

Hi rpisces,

Thank for you inquiry. SeaChem is in the middle of updating most of their product labels. The white labels are the new ones and looks nicer, IMO. The medications will have pipettes, but the additives will not.

To the best of my knowledge, they are still made here in the US.

Thanks for your answer. I mean the coloration of the bottle is white in colour, maybe also the label. I am not at home now so doesnt note the label.

Another thing is that the 1 kg KH or Calcium has changed to taller and slimmer bottles instead to cubic bottles, right?

I am more comfortable now to hear that it is still made in US!

That is correct. The new 1 kg bottles are now round and taller. Sounds like the items you purchased are fine.
