Is it toast?

Just bought this kenya and leather an hour and a half ago, transported it 20 minutes. Acclimated by slowly adding my tank water into the bag I had the coral in. Now i put it in, and it looks like hell. Is it toast, or just really ****ed at me?

I am sure it is fine if i go in my fuge and mess with mine they look that bad. Just give it some time.

it looks fine, its gonna take time to adjust and open up. I have never had a leather just open up as soon as you put it in your tank, despite you taking your time to acclimate it. Dont worry it will look nice and full in a few days.
