Hi, i have it since one week,two polyps were alredy in very bad shape, and now the third healthy one is doing this
is there any way to help ,or it is too late .!!

Check all of your water params, What type of lighting is it under, and how did you acclimate it to your tank? Looks like a water quality/acclimatization issue.

light 2x actinic , 2x bleu sky , 38 w sera
water ammonia 0 , nitrite 0.5 ,nitrat 15 .
aclimatisation one h. water mixing
do you think it is reversible ?

Should be. How long have you had your tank up? There shouldnt be any reading for nitrite.

at this point hard to tell. Your water parms aren't that great. water change, move to low light and low flow.
