Is it worth adding more live rock

I am getting a larger tank and I am wondering if it is a set back to cure and add more live rock to the new tank. The existing tank is 1.5 yrs old and real clean sps tank. I do have some nice limestone fossil rock that seems to work well but what about benefit of live rock.

I think it'll help with filtration, i've seen some big tanks with little rocks (trying to go for that minimalistic look) and it seems like they're doing fine, so either or is good from what i've seen. :)

good luck, look both ways ;)

How much rock do you have now, and how big of a tank are you going to? A lot of the people in my area will buy cheap dry rock when they upgrade, and within a year or so, you can't tell it apart from the original live rock.

The tank is going from a 265 to 400. I really do not want to call this a cost no object however I do not want to be cheap about buying another 100 lbs of rock, if it will work better. I guess I will just order some. I just hate curing the rock.
