lol, there's a "true" dragon eye now? Takes a real scammer to try that one, maybe he has some True Radioactive Dragon Eyes too. I've gotten those for free at reef club meetings before, in CA you should be able to find them for at most $5 at your local reef club.

It's your decision.

I don't buy zoas for their name I buy them because I think they look nice.

I don't really find $20 to be outrageous for 7 polyps if you find them particularly attractive.

That would probably result in him taking a toothbrush to one and saying it's clean. Once it's on the frag rack there's no getting rid of it, even if you don't see it it's most likely there :(

Dude, I have those growing in the sides of my tank. If your ever in my side of the bay I can give you those for free as long as you can follow a couple requirements. Look at it as a DBTC from me.

Haha well I ended up knowing the guy from a bio class in college. He lowered the price to 15 and these just look spectacular! pictures don't do justice

A couple drops of peroxide would take care of it and it won't grow back. Won't hurt the frag either but I would suggest being careful anyway. I got rid of a patch of bryopsis on my live rock next to some bambams. I took the rock out, dripped some peroxide on it then put it back in the tank. The algae was all gone a couple days later and the coral is fine.

Peroxide isnt always a best bet. I have done it several times and it would go away after a few days, then a week or two later it was growing right back.

Picked up an emerald crab and that problem was solved.

I will keep you guys updated on how the coral does. let you guys know if algae appears
