Is live rock OK without a fish load?

I am in the process of upgrading my 75 to a 150. Right now the 75 is running as normal right next to the new 150. As I get the 150 running I would like to start moving some of the live rock over from the 75. Will the LR be OK in the tank for a few days with no fish load? I will have a canister filter running and the heaters going.
