Can anyone help please?

Is my anemone dying? Yesterday its foot was fine and attached to the glass, today it looks like this?!

Water parameters are fine, tested by myself and LFS

I’ve removed from my main tank and put in quarantine until someone can confirm

How long have you had it? How long was it in one place in the tank. It doesn't look that bad to me. It is very unhappy. They can be rather dramatic.

Can you describe your lighting? They have high requirements. Are there any parts of it that appear damaged or as if it's been munched on? Some species of nudibranchs will prey on them. They also occasionally "deflate" and move, and simply need time to adjust back. I wouldn't keep it in a quarantine tank without adequate light and flow.

Yup, somethings up a whack there. When they deattach, that’s not good.
Parameters are fine? Was it always white?
Detailed info would help, your fine, my fine, maybe way different.
What’s the estimated flux over 24hours? How old is your system?
