is my bta stuck?

my bta has his bottom part in a hole in the rock, but hes streched out tall, & i just feed him, but the part thats in the rock looks pinched, can he get out? or does he just like it there?

he will be fine mine did that also and if it wants it will move on its own just don't try to move it yourself as you could damage the base.

ok, i wasnt thinking about moving it last time i went 2 feed it i touched it to quick& i thought i poped it, it went from 8in tall to the size ot a nickel, in 1 second. i dont want that anymore
