Is my clownfish acting weird??

So I just got my first fish, a clownfish for my tank. He's been in there for a good 3 days now and he seems to only swim near the top corners of the tank. Is this just the fish taking his time to become acclimated with the tank? This is my first FOWLR tank so I'm not sure what to expect. Any thoughts would be very appreciated. Thanks.

Clownfish are silly. They'll host about anything, corners, powerheads, overflows, anemones on occasion. I've got a tank bred true perc that sleeps in the top corner of the tank; I added a vortech a couple weeks ago and he seems to like the bobbing up and down all night from the wave motion even more. My other perc sleeps in her anemone.

Long story short is that it's only been three days; the little guy's still adjusting to his surroundings and right now it's where he feels more confortable. Mine did the same thing for about 2-3 weeks - they've explored the whole tank now but I can still tell that they have their favorite places.

mine swam at the top of the tank.. just doing laps over and over all day long for about 5 days.. he then decided to host in my green star polyps.
