Is my Gigas dying?

My gigas clam was perfect this morning.. I came home and the mantle is all shriveled up and pulling away from the shell.. It slightly responds to light, but not much... Is it dying? If yes, can it hurt my other clams or coral????

Do you have cleaner shrimp in the tank?
They will know when the clam dies & start to feed on it.
As far as it hurting the others, that depends on the bioload of the tank. Look at it as a fish that size rotting in your tank. If you don't have a cleanup crew to eat the waste, you'll have to pull it out.
