help its doing some weird shedding is it dying?

I have not either... I wouldn't do anything too fast but monitor it and if it keeps spreading you may want to frag the cap off to save the colony.
 
ok ill watch it close any chance its splitting or do they not do that?

ive had xenia do that before. seemed to be a injury that copped a bactrerial infection and it just eats it away. only way i could stop it was to frag well above the infection.

not that im saying thats what you have but sure looks the same.
 
any Tips? on fragging it

id make sure you use a anti bacterial dip . ive used iodine dips but need to be careful with dose amount. plenty of legit products.

take a few small frags off and keep seperate or have a mate look after them as a back up.

Well they all except one detached from the glue..... So now I'm just waiting for them to attach in my sump since they were blowing everywhere in my DT

Yeah... glue sucks for leathers. I like using a needle and thread to tie them to rubble. Some use rubber bands but I can never find the perfect tightness between loosing them when they deflate and cutting them in half when they inflate in the morning.
