is my nem healthy?

so i have had this nem for 3 weeks now. its a sebea. it has not eaten anything that i have fed it, at least that i have seen. i tried to feed it small chunks of shrimp. it also has not latched onto anything. its foot is usually to the side just sitting there. and through out the day it changes. at one point it will look completly deflated, then a hour or so later it looks fine. this changes sometimes a couple times a day and others it looks fine all day. on average once a day for maybe a hour or two it will look deflated. also sometimes its deflated during the day and sometimes its at night. time doest seem to make much of a dif. anyone have any clues as to whats going on let me know thanx.

ammonia 0

tank has been set up for around 4 months

first you might want to get ur nitrate undercontrol, i dont think your nem is very happy in ur tank....

What kind of flow and lighting do you have on it? Also put up your Ca, Alk, Mg levels. I have a H. malu sebae (think that's what you have, hard to tell from pics) that still hadn't settled down 3 weeks after I put it in the tank. I posted on my local forum about it, and someone told me to lower my Alk closer to natural levels. Doing a 50% water change and topping off with RO instead of Kalk brought my Alk down from 12 dkH to 8 dkH over 3 days. My anemone settled and hasn't moved since, and has started eating.
