is this an egg sack on the bottom of my pom pom crab?

It might be, check if there are tiny "dots" or "bubbles", if there are, it is a good chance it is an egg sack, if not, I wouldn't now what it was
 
It does look like she has a clutch full of eggs underneath her carapace. Pom pom crab eggs are reddish in color. Good luck and I hope you are able to see the larval. stage.
 
They may be ignored by your fish if they don't eat zooplankton that small. Other animals will eat them & many will get sucked up in your system.
 
The sting of the pom poms anemone which is so tiny I can barely see is negligable. These guys tend to hide in crevaces and come out at night to forage... I consider them reef safe as they do not harm my fish or corals and I have not noticed any trouble with their tiny anemone irritating any of my livestock either.
