That looks a lot better. You should be able to add a pair now, just be careful you don't add any more than that at one time. Your nitrate is just a little high, but hard to get that to 0.

Im gonna hold off for one more week. I want my lights :spin1:
Unless I could get away with no lights for the clowns ? Not sure how much light they require.
any thoughts on why my ammonia is still up? How to lower it?
Also curious if I could introduce a anemone into my tank when I buy my clowns - and which anemone is easiest to care for? I read you should introduce anemones into tanks unless they are fully established but Im curious if there are any I could get away with introducing into a newly cycled tank.
Got a call from salty supply - they cant ship my light to my work place , so once we worked that out they realized they didnt even have the black sol in stock - so Im waiting a few weeks or so till they get em back in stock then they will send one out to me. The waiting continues ... going on two months almost.
I'm assuming there is ambient lighting in the room. You don't need anything else for the clowns. They'll be fine without a lot of light for a week or two. If it were me, I'd get the fish as soon as the water is ready.
yea I dont have much light in the room - tank is in my "office" and i spend little time there, lack of tv for now keeps me in the living room when i browse forums lol and only one window which faces another house.
i would throw the clowns in, if youre worried about the cycle, ntheres a product called macrobacter, it can be used on fresh or salt, it has both bacterias in the bottle alive, one of them will die off and feed the other, makes for a speedy-er cycle
No Im not worried about the cycle - cycle has been complete, I retested my water and everything was where it needed to be. Maybe next weekend Ill go out and get a piar, Mr Jacuessa, my whole issue now is lack of lighting in the room where the tank is, and no lighting because im on back order with salty supplies I dont have a light.
I agree with the advice to put a little food in the tank - just a pinch every other day. That way the tank will be used to processing waste regularly by the time you add the fish
