Is PC lighting okay for seahorses?

I am going to set up a tank for seahorses and I have a pc light fixture I am thinking about using on the tank. Will this be okay?

IMO, seahorses only need ambient lighting.
We light for suitable viewing or to suit the needs of other life forms in the tank.
