Maybe a dumb question....
I had a couple of polyps on a live rock...they exploded from 2 or 3 to 60-70 in a year. On one rock they suddenly started disappearing so I removed the rock and cleaned all the polyps off...I really didn't like the dull yellow color anyways. However, today I have a couple of green polyps on the opposite side of the tank and I noticed one head of the polyp had a white top and only a stem.
Is something eating them? Don't know what to do....all lps, clams, fish, sps etc...look awesome..
sorry for the poor pics...
