Is the MP20 enough for a 50 gallon

I've got an older oceanic 50 gallon that's 30x18x20 that I'm in the process of setting up. I was looking to get an MP20 whenever they come out (any new info on when that may be?), but I'm not sure if that's enough flow. Is it worth waiting around for the 20 to be released, or would I be better off biting the bullet and getting the mp40w?

If this tank is for SPS you may really benefit from the MP40w. If it's a mixed tank I would wait for the MP20. I should have more information about a release date for the MP20 in the near future but in the meantime I cannot provide a date.

Thanks for the response. There will be a few lps, but the tank will be sps dominated. Maybe a clam as well.
