Is there a procedure for switching light?

I have been running 2 65 w Daylight and 2 ^5 w Atenic lights over my 55 gallon tank. I just ordered a new T5 fixture with 4 bulbs ..... twoTRU 10,000K and two TRU Actinic T5 lamps.
Can I just make the switch? I have some soft coral and a few anemone...... and the fish of course.

Put a few layers of screen between the lights and tank and every 5 days remove a layer until they are gone. This should acclimate the corals to the new lights, with little to no photo shock.
