Is there anyway to make the pump point up??

Hi,
I have 2x6000 in my 100G softy tank. I want to point the pump(s) up a little bit to break up the water surface. Is there a way to do that? I have the pump mounted to the magnet.

A few people have angled the magnet so the pump points a up a bit. Other people have put shims under the bottom half of the magnet.

Will that effect the magnet if I put something under the bottom half?

How come you guys don't design so it adjustable??

It shouldn't affect the magnet. It would make the holder stick out further which we want to avoid and because the flow is wide in most cases their is not a need to angle it up or down.

you should be getting total surface agitation already with 2 6000's?

2-6060's in my 120g, mounted almost 11" down pointed straight forward give me a nice ripple on entire surface?

another option is to get a 50mm PVC 45 degree bend and fit it to the pump outlet. Looks ugly but work well

or cut a 90 degree bend iun half shorter and same effect, may drop the stream output a little
