Give it sometime see if it will fully open again. If everything in the water is fine then that's the only thing I can think of.

Looks like a brand new tank started with fake rock. If that is the case I would return it or have someone with an established tank take care of it until yours is more established. Anemones very seldom do well in a tank less than 6 months old, especially when using dry rock. It looks like a RBTA that is pretty bleached. Tell us about your tank, age, flow, lights and parameters.

I had anemones doing perfectly fine in bare 10 gallon tanks with just a flow pump, a heater, a decent light source, and doing frequent water changes. Sometimes I've added an air operated skimmer for good measure. You can keep anemones perfectly fine in setups like that for months on end.
That's pretty much the standard anemone QT and treatment setup.
So no need to return the anemone to a store where it is much more likely to catch an infection.
The issue with a fresh tank set up with dead rock is the cycling that causes temporary instabilities in oxygen levels and possibly ammonia and nitite spikes. But you can cut that period short by getting a few cups of sand or better course gravel out of of an established and pest free system.
