Is this a blue headed wrasse?

That's how it was labelled at the store. I would assume it a female as well, right?

no its not a Thalassoma bifasciatum. It looks like a type of fairy wrasse.

I have same fish bought it labeled ruby red wrasse. Have been told it is either a Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura or Cirrhilabrus aurantidorsalis. I have been trying to get an accurate id myself..
