Is this a Club-Tipped Anemone?

I posted a couple of photos on the invert board asking for an ID, but I think I answered my own question... is the creature in the photo below a club-tipped anemone? He's just under 3/4 of an inch wide.

This guy was a hitchhiker on live rock that I got about three years ago. I could see the tips between a couple of rocks until I moved everything to a larger tank this weekend. His body is buried in a hole in the rock. I fed him some chopped shrimp and he grabbed it and closed up for about 20 minutes before reopening.

I've found very little information on keeping these guys in a reef aquarium. Most of the information on the web seems to be about them in the wild. Some websites say it's not a real anemone, so if I'm in the wrong topic area I will jump elsewhere for advice.

A positive ID or additional information would be appreciated!

If it is a pseudocorynactis, they're actually categorized as polyps, not anemones. You might want to post this in the Corallimorpharians forum as well.

And if it is a pseudocorynactis (aka "ball anemone"), watch out. They aren't safe with fishes or inverts. I know someone who has one and he says it will devour literally everything within its reach--even mushrooms!

Thanks for the suggestion that it could be a pseudocorynactis. Based only on visual identification, it could be that as well. The tentacles certainly look the same as I've seen in photos of them.

I will post this in the Corallimorpharians forum and see what they have to say over there.
