hello all you nem/clown freaks;

this is my newest addition. I havent seen a green one like this before. It has a purple base. I hope i found a gem but if not it doesnt matter cuz i like how it looks. is there a name to it? or just GBTA?
 
I'm sure SOMEBODY would give it a name, but it's not one that is "known" by a certain name that I know of. At best, I'd say "speckled GBTA with purple base". Speaking of which, I can't see this purple base you speak of. :(
 
Blue Reef Aquatics has been advertising a lot of nems like this one. If you add yourself to their mailing list, you'll get to see lots of cool BTA variants.
 
It is not unusual for green BTAs to have purple bases. That doesn't make them any less pretty. BTAs with purple bases are sometimes mis-IDed as H. magnifica (ritteri anemones) because people aren't used to seeing purple bases on BTAs.
