Is this a good snail or bad?

I found this little guy climbing up my glass today, he has bristles on his shell, so I am leery to touch him because i don't know if he is poisonous, right now i have him in a dish.

Good move on not touching it, however, he cannot hurt you either way but good thinking incase
there are no poisonous snails.. there is one family of venomous snails which are lethal in most cases called conidae (cone snails) but this is definitly not one of them.
