Is this a Hawaiian or Marshall Island flame angel?

I have read that hawaiian flame angel are deep red in color with very little orange. I was told this was a Hawaiian flame angel. Is the person correct by stating that it is?

How much did it cost? True Hawaiian would be more $ than Marshall Is.
IMO, last pic has a lot of orange and looks like MI
MI are shipped thru Hawaii, which is why many people think they are Hawaiian

nope. Since we are on Flames did anyone catch the last episode of Tanked? While in the fish place the flames they had seemed to have black fins?

Very very few flames come from HI and cost as stated about 3x as much as any other variant

Every flame angel I've seen ended up turning orange over time. Might as well buy a percula and call it a day

Agreed. I think it's in their diet. Maybe their natural food in Hawaii has something that turns them redder.

They typically aren’t from Hawaii. It’s marshall, and Xmas most commonly labeled as Hawaiian
