Is this a Mantis?

I placed the first half of my TBS LR/LS 3 weeks ago and heard clicking from day one. It wasn't until 2 days ago that I saw my hitchhiker eye to eye.

I managed to catch him last night. So here is a picture.

Is this a Mantis? Very distinct clicking when it would strike the LR. I would say it is about 2 inches in length.

It is in water now...I am taking to my LFS today to see what they will give me for him.
