Is this a Oregon tort ??

I was sold this frag of what is supposed to be a Oregon tort. I've had it about 14 months. It was purchased on line from a very highly recommended vendor on RC. The first picture is the frag the day I got it (upper middle of photo). The second is the coral today.

It looks like an Oregon Tort to me when a frag and when its not getting enough light and the body gets shaded some.
