Is this a problem?

I just got a 6200 used and this pic shows the hole in the pump housing. I have had streams for a long time and I know the housing seems to hold some water, so what do you think?
The hole was never mentioned but if it's only cosmetic.
I wonder too, how well it could have been performing as the inner spacer and o-ring were caked. Must have run hot. I'll have to clean it before I can use it, but if that hole is a problem?????

Yes, that is a problem, the hole in the center of the magnet should be clean, when they get like this I use a small drill bit to drill through. The hole is where water enters to cool and lubricate the pump.
