Its a nice piece but I won't consider it rare. The only "rare" pieces out there are the OG chalices. All these new pieces are coming in by the bunches.

i tend to disagree the OG chalices are being traded left and right while the newly collected chalices are just coming in and u never no what they will turn into, nice piece.

I've seen that color combo before.
Whenever I have considered rarity in my decision to get a particular coral, I almost always
see the same or pretty close morph soon after online or at the LFS.

That is a nice chalice for sure. How rare it is depends on the long term of how the coral turns out meaning color, growth ,health etc etc.To say all the og chalices are rare is pretty funny in my opinion, what are all the "O G "chalices? How did you come up with that?It is these kind of statements that this hobby can deal without imo.

I have a couple of frags made to see how it will hold up to fraging, it has been a couple of weeks now and all of them heal back perfectly...so I think it will be a pieces that will last for a long time......

OG= original gangster, a term coined by Ice T.

Lam is just referring to the originals, ie. pink watermelon, red watermelon, etc...

OG is just the original, or first "named" chalices, but they were just some random import at the time also. They have just stuck around the longest. I'd say it looks similar to the superman chalice. Blue Planet is cool. I'd say it's a great find because you don't see 3color+ chalices every day. Nice color contrast, I have 1 very similar.
