Is this a Rods Onyx?

5 years ago I bought this clown from Rod. Other onyx I've seen their orange has turned black. Mine hasn't yet. So is this a Rods Onyx?

The amount of black an onyx or true percula gains is variable from one clown to the next. Some would classify an onyx as having all black between both sets of bars. If you got the clown from rod than it is of onyx lineage.

depend on food and the individual fish. all the onyx i got from rods turnout with a lot of black.
female on top is from Rod, male and juven are from SA.

Since you've had it for 5 years I would not expect it to gain more black color. Therefore, I woulld classify it as a Rods Onyx (CQuest lineage) that never turned into a true onyx. My Rods pair turned black in a year or so. My female has a dorsal that'ss 3/4 black, the male has a completely black dorsal.
