Is this a Scoly?

Hello. So, my boyfriend bought a coral not knowing what it was. I've been confused as to what it is but it doesn't look healthy. I've done some googling and the closest matched seemed to be an unhealthy Scoly. I put it in the sand and have been feeding it the past couple days with mysis shrimp, hoping it will eat. Any thoughts as to what it may be and how to bring it back to life?

I am new to the saltwater hobby (4 months). I have a 50 gal cube with 1 clown, 1 purple pseudochromis, and 1 juvenile Kole Tang. Out perameters are normal. Calcium is a little low, 350. Nitrate 5-10.

It looks like a cynarina lacrymalis.

It's too small to be either of those. I'm not too good identifying skeleton structure so I'm not going to venture a guess.

Whatever it is, it looks like it grows in a colony as you can see partial skeleton of two other heads.

Yup or something similar. You can see the skeletal reamains of other polyps on the side. Not a scoly or other single polyp animal.

Good stable water parameters and feed it.

Any updated pics on this? From the way the Skelton is cut it looks like a cynarina the most, but odd growth if it is. Also possibly a species of lobophyllia. I wouldn't say favia becasue of all those fins in the skeltonal mouth area... those are similar to the way cynarina, acanthophyllia, and yes scolymia grow. If its starting to get fleshy post some pics!
