Is this a Spaghetti worm?

1. Is this a spaghetti worm?
2. Has anyone seen them wandering around a tank like this?

I spotted this stringy orange guy this morning when I turned the lights on on my 12 Gallon tank. It was crawling along the live rock nosing into holes apparently looking for a place to live. I have a short video clip too but I'm not sure If I can upload that.

Yes, that would be considered a spaghetti worm. Terebellid I believe.
