Is this a undata?If not what?

I was told it maybe a undata. no color yet but blue polyps. Should it be highup ?

Nope. Looks like Verucosa from Tonga. I would say middle to lower third of the tank. It should develop a yellowy base, then the blue polyps will show more. Good luck
 
The form does look like what I have (Wayland, you saw mine yesterday), but the color looks quite different (mine has yellowish green base with very pure baby blue polyps). I had mine for one and half a year, and the color becomes more and more tense. Last time I asked ID here, bookfish IDed it as blue polyed danae.

So it the same type as the one you had on the bottom of the tank? low light? low to mid flow? The one you have looks great.Hope it colors up.

Not all verricosa are yellow base with blue polyp. I have a few morphs from Tonga. One is a purple base with white polyps :)
